I work in a Warehouse, selecting Produce and Building Pallets, I burn about 200 Calories on the elliptical machine in ten minutes, so I figure to be safe I would say I burn about 200 calories an hour at work. So after all the math I figured I burn about 4,800 calories a day and I take in about 1400 a day. So I'm burning close to a pound of calories a day. But I figured I wont always do that so I figured I should loose about 4 lbs a week. That should have me at 200 lbs for mid June.
Everyday before working out I do stretches.

Low Rows

Step Ups
Hip Raises
Plank
Bird Dog
Saturday:
1 Hour of Treadmill
Weighing Myself (Once a Month, Including a Photo)
Eating on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday. Fasting on Tuesday and Fridays.
Vitamins:
Mega Red Omega-3
Men's One a Day
Breakfast:
Baked Egg in Avocado.
First Snack:
Yogurt Cup & 1 Apple sliced.
Lunch:
Romaine Salad with Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Black Olives, Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing, and Croutons.
Second Snack:
Yogurt Cup & Baby Carrots.
After Workout Shake:
1 cup of Trop50 OJ
1/2 cup of Oats
1 handful of Frozen Spinach
1 handful of Frozen Berries
1 (included) cup of Whey Protein
3.5 Liters of water throughout the day
On days of fasting I take the Vitamins & drink water, sometimes more than 3.5 Liters, depending on how I'm feeling, but never less.

So far it's been a bust...
Last week and this week so far has been a bust. It started out good and then on Wednesday I got sick so I stopped going to the gym. The sickness got worse and I ended up calling off work Thursday. I went back to the gym Sunday but ended up almost coughing up a lung. Was gonna go last night but my nose started bleeding. Now it's Tuesday, my day off of Wegman's and I'm working at my other job at the Schuylkill Mall at the Cigar Box. I figure I could pull in an extra $200 a month by working there one day a week. Hopefully this sickness goes away soon so I can start up the gym again. I also edited the routine we do at the gym. Further post will explain it in depth.

Hello World!
First off I would like to say welcome to my blog. I am going to be using this to post about stuff I think about at random times, but there will be a weekly post documenting my progress in improving my life. I will be doing this with one or two others that I work with at Wegman's. We each have different goals, but we all share a single goal. To get fit and better ourselves. My goal? I want to get my BMI down to under 10%. I also have other goals. I want to learn German, I want to pay off most if not all of my bills. I want to learn more stuff, thinking about doing those free courses MIT offers online. I want to start reading more books. But most importantly, I want to eliminate all the dead time in my life. I waste too much time just sitting around doing absolutely nothing. No more. All dead time I now have will be put to use be it doing exercises, reading books, teaching myself stuff, or other Intellectual pursuits. I am Mitchell Mankiewicz, and this is the story of my life from 2012 forward.
